We were helping members cutting wood so that they could use it for their bakery. (to cook the bread). So, anyways... We cut a log that was full of ants but they were not your average kind of ant. they have longer bodies and they had stingers just like a hornet. I was not paying attention to were I was standing and one of these ants entered into my pants. It stung me on my thigh and I tell you what... it hurt. I tried to shake it out of my pants but it went up further and stung my backside. I tried to kill by smashing it with my hand but that was a big mistake. It ended up stinging me 6 times on my rearend. I had to run into the members house to use their bathroom. I took my clothes off and looked for dang thing but I couldn´t find it. I started to freaking out because the stings started hurting a lot. I then saw the ant in the toilet so I flushed it down. The members were laughing at me, but...oh well. That was fun.
We have more investigators who are progressing really well. I just would be the one to baptize them (personally). I just will help them as much as I can. There has been a lot of people that were baptized after I taught them. It seemed to be the theme of the mission I served.
I love you all and hope all goes well this week.

I can´t believe how awesome it is to be here in the mission. I love it so much. I am going to sad when it is time to go. Time really goes fast when your having fun.
My birthday is coming up friday and it does not seem like I´ll be 23 years old. I still don´t even feel like I´m 20 yet. Everytime I tell people that I am going to be 23, they think I´m joking around. It´s just like when Hank said that I was 10 years old when I was 14.
Some time ago I realized I didn´t know what the ¨mysteries of God¨ meant. I would like to share what I found...
Mysteries of God are spiritual truths known only by revelation. God reveals His mysteries to those who are obedient to the gospel.
It is impossible for men to know the mysteries of God if there is no revelation. That is why we need a prophet in these last days. We need to know the misteries of God or we will not fully know of God and what he wants us to do. If we don´t do what God wants us to do we cannot have a fulness of joy. I do believe that happiness only comes from God and doing His will. Satan tries to trick us into thinking that by being disobedient, even just a little bit, that it´s alright. But from countless experiences and having seen the affects of disobedience, wickness never was, is, or ever will be happiness.
On the other side I have seen the happiest people here on earth. They are the ones who obey God and enjoy the fulness of the gospel of His only Begotten Son. It is a true joy that they are living. The problems of the world are not but opportunities to exercise faith in Christ and become more Christlike. These things are possible because through God´s prophets, we recieve revelation from our Almighty Father in Heaven. I am grateful for the opportunity to help people know that we are not in the dark. That God really does exist and talks to His servants just like did in times of old.
How blessed are we to be part of the work and glory of our Heavenly Father. I am truly humbled to know that someone such as I, had the privilege to serve as best as I could so that I might be an instrument in the hand of God. It is truly wonderful to help others come unto Christ.
I love you all. I´ll talk to you later.

yo quiero agradeceros por lo que me enseñasteis por vuestros ejemplos. sois una familia excelente y unica. agradzco a Dios por haberme tenido vivir con vosotros.
Today I was reading in the Book of Mormon in Spanish and I was reading just as fast as my latin companion. I can´t believe how fast I now can read in spanish and also in english. It is pretty cool.
My companion and I are having the time of our lives. We joyfully talk with all in our path. It is not hard to talk with who ever. Just the other day, there was a guy that just wanted to fight with us. Saying that we are just rich people who go around putting false things in the heads of the poor. And that we don´t do any good here. I tried talking to him to see what his motives were I even he didn´t know. As soon as we left, a scripture came into my head. In the Old Testament, Proverbs 14:7. which says "Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceivest not in him the lips of knowledge." The thing is... he lives right next to us. We decided not to talk with him any more. I am not afraid to have confrontations with anyone now. I have talked with so many people that could not even stand the sight of us. But I am not bothered but it.
I am happy and Hope yopua are too. Love you all.
I recieved the itinerary, I guess I will be getting home really fast. (The 11th, if all goes well. Which I am sure that it will).

Wow. This is my last change in the mission. It seems like it would never come. I was watching the restoration in italian and I can understand a lot of it. Also with some other languages. It is pretty cool.
Well the thing that happened with changes is that six more elders were put in Caaguazu and 3 of the branches now have 4 missionaries. I now have a new campanion who is from Florida, Uruguay. His name is Elder Emilio Chavez. his is quite a bit shorter then I am but he has a great spirit about him. We split our area and had to start all over. (where we had never worked before, further from the church) We are find a lot of people and I am just as happy as I can be.
Yesterday I got to teach the restoration in english to a person who lives about 24 miles in the north part of our area. He was very interested in the Book of Mormon ad wanted to go to church. I felt the spirit guiding my words, which sometimes it´s hard for me to talk a lot in English. Because I now think in english and spanish. (by the way I can talk really fast now) The city that he lives in is called yhu.
I am really enjoying my last change. We are just doing all we can so that others come unto Christ. We are working really hard. I don´t want to be trunky so I just work really hard. But I am happy to say that I will give my all until the time is up.
I did not recieve the itinerary. I have no idea what the schedule will be. Could you please sent it to me?
Les quiero y espero que tengan una buena semana

“Be of good cheer; I have overcome the world” (John 16:33) "What great happiness this knowledge should bring to us. He lived for us and He died for us. He paid the price for our sins. May we emulate His example. May we show our great gratitude to Him by accepting His sacrifice and living lives that will qualify us to return and one day live with Him." President Thomas S. Monson
I can´t believe that the time is flying so fast. I just want to do as much as I can before I go. Yesterday, our investigator said that it would be better that he be baptized when he is 18. He loves the church but his father does not. That seems to be the theme here in Paraguay. The people here want to hold on the their traditions more then God.
2 Nephi 33
2 But behold, there are many that harden their hearts against the Holy Spirit, that it hath no place in them; wherefore, they cast many things away which are written and esteem them as things of naught.
3 But I, Nephi, have written what I have written, and I esteem it as of great worth, and especially unto my people. For I pray continually for them by day, and mine eyes water my pillow by night, because of them; and I cry unto my God in faith, and I know that he will hear my cry.
4 And I know that the Lord God will consecrate my prayers for the gain of my people. And the words which I have written in weakness will be made strong unto them; for it persuadeth them to do good; it maketh known unto them of their fathers; and it speaketh of Jesus, and persuadeth them to believe in him, and to endure to the end, which is life eternal.
I am keeping busy with the Arnolds. We are finding a lot of less active members. I feel that we are going to be very successful this last change. I don´t know what is going to happen this change, only that we are going to have 2 more missionaries in our branch. How exciting is that? I don´t know what is going to happen but I do know that is is going to be great.
Sorry this letter is short. I was looking for a talk on lds.org but could not find it. Oh and it is alright about the money. I understand. I just hope that all is well and you are all happy like I am.
Today we have to move apartments. We are moving one floor up in the same building. We also need to help the other missionaries move. ( they also are going to have two missionaries in their area.
I love you all. Hope you all enjoy your week.
I know that in the end, and the good will be triumph because Jesus Christ has overcome the world.

I am really happy that Dad will be doing a fireside for the stake. I would really like someone to film that for me. I know that one of my fellow siblings will be able to film. I know Dad will do a great job in talking in the fireside. I also will be doing a fireside here in Caaguazu. We will be talking about home teaching and visiting teaching. We thought of some things we can do to help illistrate the need for faithful members and we will be showing it through sketches. (good examples and bad examples) -So that they laugh a little and so that they may feel the spirit.
It is already the 7th of January, it is so crazy how fast time goes by. I am surprised on the mercy and love of God. He let me be part of His Work and Glory. I have a lot of things to do here still. I can´t give up on the last stretch and I won´t. I just hope I can still do alot of good here in the beautiful place. I love the people here and I hope that they know that too. Every fast Sunday I tell them that.
I am glad to here. I have learned a lot and I know have a potencial that would not be possible to reach if I did not serve here. I am really happy for all my experiences. I actually am now writing,(on p days), all of what I have learned in the mission. My struggles and greatest experiences that have passed during the best two years. I think you will really enjoy reading it. I just need to be diligent in writing all.
I hope all is well, and if not... it can be and will be. We know who we are and we know where we stand in the sight of God. He put us where we are at right now.
I know that God lives and that Jesus Christ is His Holy Son. This is the true church of God because He has made it known unto me. God loves all His children and is pleased with His obedient children.
I love you all

How beautiful it is to be here. I feel as if I am walking amongest a battlefield and that I am a medic. Here to bring relieve, so that others may continue in the fight for rightousness. I feel that the bullets of unkind words pass me by. Grenades of tentation have no effect. And the tanks unrightousness will never stop the work of the Almighty God.I will find those who have lost their way. I will bring those who have been wounded by the sting of sin, to the only Being that truly can heal them. Even though it is not easy I continue. I love how God has has provided for me, places where we are safe from these dangers. I love how I can be sheltered every Sunday and that I am healed by the sheer grace of God as I take the Sacrament. I know that it is not easy to being here as a representative of the True living Church of God. But who ever said it was easy. Even for the very Son the the living God, It was not easy. The greatest things we can ever recieve is by doing the hardest things that life has to offer sometimes.
I still have work to do. My time is not up. I still have to bring the everlasting gospel to those who have been hurt by sin. By which there is no other thing that will truly help us. I know that no other thing can give us so much joy in our lives. I have tasted so many times here. I truly love what God has commisioned us, His missionaries, to do. I give all my thanks to our Heavenly Father. He truly does love us. All of us.

I am glad to hear about the fireside going well. I will be having mine this next Wednesday. I will be writing the script today. I guess I´ll tell you what it is about. We plan on having a fireside on hometeaching. We will be doing three sketches in front of the branch. The first sketch will be of a person that always makes excuses and never visits their families. The second one is about home teachers that go visit their families but they don´t want to do it. And the last one is will be a perfect example of a visit. I thought that they need to see the importance of helping others to remain with Christ. I feel that it will be very productive. I am excited to teach this next Wednesday. I also get to teach tomorrow in our district meeting about "consacration". I am happy to do so. It will be really cool, I hope.
Well we have changes again. (I have two left) ¡NDE! ¿mba´e che ajapó? (Dang! What am I to do?)
Every so often I feel gratitud towards God for what I have become and how He has changed me. I know that nothing was in vain... especially my time here. I am full of thanks from the bottom of my heart. I still am surprised a lot of time by the love God really does have for us. I also learned that it all depends on our choices. We are free agents and we can choose happiness or misery. I am happy because I do the things that bring forth happiness. If I wasn´t I would not be. I have seen the face of true joy and it is only on those on the path of rightousness.
I recieved the package. Thank you for sending it. I also got two letters for Joan May and Faith. I kind of feel bad that I can´t really send a letter back. I just don´t have the time or I really would send a letter to them. Could you please send my regards to them? Thank you.
COME UNTO CHRIST and once you have...REMAIN WITH CHRIST and I promise you that you will... BE WITH CHRIST IN THE KINGDOM OF OUR HEAVENLY FATHER.

The middle of the month and it is going by fast. I am really happy to still have time to bless the lives the the people here. I was thinking today about how much all the people in people who sacrificed something in their lives so that I would be able to be here in this moment.
If you remember what I wrote last time I mentioned that I am writing about all my mission. I know that it will be a really good thing for all of you. Especially Mom and Dad. You will get to feel what I was going through all my time. I feel that I could not really express all I wanted until now, I do not know why. I think it is because I now see the bigger picture and I can now write what I have seen and heard. Today I will continue with my mission journal. I will try to finish writing about the MTC. Thanks to God I remember a lot of things that pasted while I was there. I hope I finish the journal before I get home.
Just the other day I thought of an experience that we had.
I don´t know why the computer that I am using keeps translating while I write... So if it is in spanish, you should just use the google translator.
I love you all. I hope you enjoy your week. And my God watch and protect you in all your tasks this week.
p.s. I will recieve my package next week.
p.p.s. I will give my fireside the 30th... And yesterday I gave a talk in sacrament meeting. It was awesome.
p.p.p.s. I have no idea what day I will be coming home. You can sent the flight itinerary to me if you want. Just whenever you want it´s fine.

First of all. I will be writing another letter Monday with when exactly we will be talking with skype. (If I were there, I would find a way to put skype on Dads new flat screen. ...Maybe with Spencers Xbox and kenect. (If you still have it) I am pretty sure it has Skype on it. So that it would be better to hear and see each other. But the computer is just fine.) Also, the time difference is 4 hours. Youre 4 hour behind Paraguays time. I will be calling the 24th of December. I will call in the morning at 10:00 am which is 2:00 pm here in Paraguay. And I will be calling the same one I called before. But I also will open my email (just in case we have problems.)
Well... I am in probably my last area in Paraguay. It is called Caaguazu. It is an awesome area. It is a place that has a lot of countyside. The people are very poor and alot are going to know the restored gospel. It is a wonderful place full of potencial. And I am here as part of the plan that President Agazzani has for Coronel Oviedo and Caaguazu .He wants a stake here. It has never been good enough to become a stake. And he wants it to be a stake before the end of Febrero.
I am now with my 15th companion in the mission. His name is Elder Jason Patterson, he is from Utah. We are going to work hard here. He is the District leader here for Caaguazu. There are 4 branches and 8 missionaries here. I am quite happy to be here, it has been an answer to a prayer.
I am writing a lot in my study Journal. I have a big notebook and I love it. I now love writing. It is becoming a joy. I have been good in not writing about things that do not have to do with the work here. I will have plenty of time afterwards to write.
I cannot believe how fast the time is going by. I still have a lot of work to do. I am really happy with what God expects of me right now. I will raise to the ocasion and help all I can.
I have not recived my package. I am sure that it will arrive next year, in January. But I am totally fine with that. I would not even mind if you sent a package. I just want to help people, that is all I want now. But I am always grateful for a package. Thank you Mom.
I am really glad to here about thye progress that Dad is making. I still have not seen photos "hint, hint". Also I need to see the vehicle that Kari bought.
The time is about up. But I hope you all know that I loove all of you. And wouñd love to see more photo "more hints"

Jolene´s Birthday!!! I was really happy because the 8th we had the best baptism of my mission. We were working hard with an investigator named Gladys. When we first arrived here, there was only one progressing investigator left by the sister missionaries in our area. And after working with her and her family, she finally got baptized. She was prepared by God´s hand. The baptism was actullay simple. Even though we had some problems, for example we were going to have a member buy cake but he for got. So... we had to find someone to cook it last minute. (btw it was awesome). We had investigators and less active members there. The spirit was so strong that the investigators were crying. Gladys bore her testimony and some others did too. I then got up and bore my testimony. I had the thought pop into my head to talk about my experience when I was baptized. But before I could finish the first sentence, I began to cry. The spirit was just so sweet as I bore my experience and testimony. I felt like the very angels of God were gathering all around us and just for a moment we were being borne up and comforted from the world. It actually reminds me when an angel that appeared unto Christ to bring comfort when He Atoned for all mankind. It truly was a great experience. And that is not all...
Sunday She was comfirmed a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I had the privilage giving her the confirmation. The words just came into my mind and I felt the truth. By way of the same sweet peaceful feeling of the Spirit of God. And when the blessing was done with and she had recieved the gift of the Holy Ghost. She stood up and turned around to thank all the participated with tears in her eyes.
I know that God will bless her and her family. And that she will help her family come unto Christ and follow her example. I am truly happy.
Well, Today was kind not very fun. We had to travel again to Asunción (6 hour bus ride), so that my companion could sign some immigration papers. We are actually still in Asunción right now. We are waiting for our bus that is going to leave in 30 mins.
I love you all. I hope all is well. I will tell you about changes next week. (yea it´s changes again)

Hello my Family,
I would like to say that I am content right now. It´s just good to be here. I don`t even of Paraguay as a strange place. It is a home to me. It is normal and all that is around me seems normal. A huge difference from when I first got here. An when I did, I was actually thinking, How am I going to adapt myself here in this strange country?
How am I going to be able to speak the language? Well, only with Gods help I was able to do so.... That is actually how I learned to trust in God more. I now see how Heavenly Father was actually helping me with all the things I wanted to make better, change, and put away. I now understand the nature of God. I love how He has helped me and all of you. Better yet I love how I can see how He helps his children.
"...For those who wait upon the Lord shall not be ashamed." I never could have known these things if I was not here. I would have never
gotten to love the scriptures as much as I do now. -
Before the mission I hardly ever read them. I knew the scriptures ( the stories and stuff) but not enough to be able to explain them. I didn´t know how to study of search inside them. I only read them because I liked reading them. Now it is different, I have a purpose to what I am studying. I search the things that I need and what others need. I think that it would be good if all of us do that. It would be wonderful if we were always looking for answers in the scriptures as members. "For I know that the Lord never gives commandments unto the children of men, save He shall prepare the way". The scriptures have the answers to all that we must do.
I am doing great. I love you all and thank you Mom for getting the card for me.
Your always in my prayers.

I just thought I would send the email to you first, Kari.
I love this part of the mission. I recieved so much experience and love for the work. I understand the people and I am able to communicate with them. It is such a privilege to be here in this time. I am happy to serve here. I will use the rest of my time becoming the best I can become.
I heard a really cool talk from President Eyring when he was visiting BYU. He talked about how his father always fulfilled his duty. His father, near the end of his life, had a bone cancer that made it hard to do anything. He felt such a great pain that, regardless of what he was doing... sitting, standing, or kneeling. The father of President Eyring also was very active in the church. He always fulfilled his callings and assignments. Even if he had to bare such great of pain to complete it.
His ward had the assigned to take care of an farm. And He was assigned to weed a couple rows of the onions. I inmagine that the task would be for those that could bare the heat of the sun and quite a bit of labor. The members were astonished at the determination as this same afflicted man was working to fulfill his duty. The pain became so great that he started crawling. With much amazement, he completed the task. And not only did he show that he would go and do what what commanded of him, he even was happy to do it. One of the members said, as he finished, that the weeds he pulled had been sprayed by a chemical and would have died in a couple days anyways. Now, he was not sure if that was true or not but, instead of becoming angry with his sacrifice that was "wasted". He just thought it was the funniest thing. He died soon after. He was a man who loved God and always served others and enjoyed life................. I think we can all learn a lesson from this and it really does apply with us.
I hope all is well. I know that sometimes we may not want to do are duty, but what else can make us so happy? I for one, know that there is nothing in this world or out of it that can give us true joy.
"Do your duty your best and the Lord will do the rest"
"Faith means to trust in God more then one´s self"

Hello,
I just barely recieved the "trunky papers", or rather the 6 months left mark. I am surprised that the time is passing so fast.
My companion also recieved his papers. He has the same time as I do.
Yesterday I gave a talk on the influence of the Holy Ghost in our daily lives. It went kinda well. I certainly have learned a lot of the how much I now rely on the spirit. I would be I just didn´t have time to prepare it really good. But I felt the spirit and some people cried, and that is what counts, right?
I recieved your email on time Mom. Thank you for sending one. Oh... and last week I was in Asunción and I didn´t
have a lot of time to write. Everything went well there.
I literally cannot think of other things now. I just have my mind set in the work. Even if I wanted to right a poem or a song, or whatever... I just would´t recieve ideas. I would go blank. It is actually really weird but I am truly grateful.
OTHERS THINGS THAT HAS HAPPENED...
I learn the rubix cube
I am translating my patriarchal blessing into spanish.
I understand a lot of portugues
I understand a quite a bit of italian
I still loving the mission. It is still shaping me and molding me into a true disciple of Christ
I love you all. I hope this week is especially great and full of awesomeness.
p.s. I need my debit card for emergencies. It would be really good to have with me. Plus I need to buy some things, for example a flashdrive to preserve my photos. I don´t want to lose my photos.

First things first... How is Dad? I was kinda surprised that I didn´t recieve a letter from Mom this week, but that´s okay. That just means that I get a long letter next week right? Oh, Oh will be recieving a package next week too. And also changes are coming up again on the 31th of October.
And speaking of Halloween, What are you all going to do? I would hope you take pictures and send them. That would be great. Especially of my niece and nephew. I will try to send some more pictures next week.
Mom, I need you to send me my debit card. If it has already expired, can you please get me a new one. (you can just email the pin number to me.) Thank you, Mom!
Well, this past Saturday Elder Bednar came to our mission. It was really awesome. I learned a lot about how I personally need to gain my our revelation. Also the people I am teaching, They too need to find their own revelation to be able to have true conversion and testimony. He also talked of how we (in the church) are treating people like objects and not free agents. We play the game of, ´Guess what is in my head´. I now understand that the commitments the the investigators are the only way they can ´find the truth for themselves. We cannot always give the answers to them because they will become dependent on us and will become as objects and not agents. They must choose to come unto Christ.
One of the things that caught me off guard was that Elder Bednar said he can´t give us the solutions to the problems that we have in the mission. But rather we need to find revelation for ourselves so that we may be free agents.
I will be recieving my trunky papers soon. maybe next week. And it will be officially 6 months until I am at home. But I am not trunky right now. On the contrary, I never had such a strong desire to do the work as I have right now. I am kinda sad that today is Monday because we don´t have a lot of time to workm but oh well. It´s all good in the hood.
Thank you Spencer for your letters and you too Kari and Jackie and Jolene and Mom and Uncle Noel and all of the rest of you guys. => If I haven´t written a response it is because I am just so busy I really do not have the time, especially recently. If I could I would. (Also I don´t have extra money to send hand written letters.)
I LOVE YOU ALL AND I HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR WEEK ( ;

I remember a mormon message that said "I hope you know I had a hard time". It is from a talk from Elder Cook. I remember how he was saying that every person person has problems, difficulties, afflictions, etc. I think of the people that go through life feeling that they are being dragged in life instead of walking it. I also think of those who have these feelings and do not know how to be healed from them. I then remember what Elder Bednar said in his talk. Something along the lines of "There is no physical pain, no anguish of soul, no suffering of spirit, no infirmity or weakness that you or I ever experience during our mortal journey that the Savior did not experience first." I know That whatever is passing in our lives is for our experinces.
I love you all and hope that you help others know their importance as children of God. The way you can be healed is to help others be healed the Atonement of the perfect Son of God. Our Savior and Redeemer, even Jesus Christ.

I sang in church with my companion Elder Sevy. We sang Loor al Profeta (Praise to the Man). We did pretty good for the duet. I got a little nervious and sang a little higher then I should have. And my companion had to sing higher too. But in the end it went well.
MISSION BLOG:
And there we were... in a state of hunger and bewilderment, when we came across the Prophetic Spy. As we saw him talk in to his highly advanced one-way radio with antenna and everything. He boldly anounced our presence to his radio and we knew instantly that we were from the U.S. With amazement, we knew we needed to communicate with him. We approached him with ease, because spies are unpredictable. He then declared with audacity that he was a prophet and that he was also commisioned by the King (intel tells us that that is a code name) to be a spy for Paraguay. I will tell more information when we have more details.
Good news we have found the Yeza Family. And the bad news is that they are still in enemy territory. We are making plans for the rescue from the land of the hostile. As of five days ago they were found in Zone 11. We are going to need to bring in backup if we are get these people bring them back safely home.
(we found the this family and the man cried when he saw us. He thought of a scripture that was about "when you recieve my disciples you recieve me" something like that. And after teaching the Restoration, I asked the son how he was feeling. He said that he felt the presence of God. We All felt the spirit really strongly and I know that God what this man to be happy with his family forever. Let´s do this thing!)
Love all of you Bye (:

I feel the darkness all around me. It seeks for the blinding light that live in the Spirit Warriors of God. I feel the damp creepy coldness of its vile breath. It is looking for me and it will never, no, not ever quit to have me. And ever so slightly, it makes its ways in my paths. It creeps upon me as like unto a sly spider decieving his prey to step in his entangling trap. Patiently... ever so patiently, waiting for me to touch the brim of the web. But I know better not to play around the cobwebs of deception. I keep myself away from the things that steal the light from me. I stay away from the black holes of sin.
For I walk in lighted pathways and in His holy places. I walk uprighty before my Maker and with my eyes looking forward. I am traveling toward my Creator with determination and hope in my soul. I am on the path that leads me to the place which is the purest. I am on the path where Christ set before men when he said, Come Follow me. As I take this journey step by step, I do not dwell too much on what has past and done, rather I am looking up ahead for the lonely travelers who once followed the Son. I seek out the weary peddler who feels like he cannot go on. And give him the joy once again of the only Begotten One. As I make this jouney though, the filthy begger is made clean and pure, becoming more like me and you. The poor in heart become rich in spirit. The deaf begin to hear the truth and the crippled who have be broken down begin to live it though. The blind begin see the miracles that the the once unbelievers work among the children of men.
I am a Warrior of God and a sheep of His fold. I know who He is my shepherd and to him I will give my all. To Him I praise and seek each day, because I know, there is no other way.
Here is my poem for today (:

I was taking a lot of notes during the 5 sessions of conference. I was shocked about the change with those who can now leave on missions. I think it is really good because the young women wouldn´t serve as if it is a ´last resort´(like if there not married, then they will serve.)
I really liked the talks. I got the feeling of "we all need to be better. We need to the best parents, children, priesthood holders. And that we need to do our best in our careers and in education. Always putting forth an our best effort to be worthy at all times, to be examples at all times, to develop the attributes of Christ at all times. To be humble as little children and be submissive, meek, full of love and willing to do ALL that the lord asks us, come what may. We cannot stop and we cannot go back. We have recieved the true through the power of the Holy Ghost and we must always be converted to the Lord. We must go, do and be what the Lord has commanded us to do, go and become. I now see how the Lord has been so loving and so kind to those who keep His commandments. I do not fear that God will not fufill His promises. Because He has already shown that He will fulfill them and has fufilled them. God has been answering your prays and mine. We are His. And I do know that He loves us.
We are truly in the last days. Even though there is so much evil, there is so much good. I plead that all of us to DO THE BEST AND BE OUR BEST. I mean to say, we can live to our potencial and help as much people as we can. If they are not part of our religion, they are still sons and daughters of God. And everyone is invited to partipate of salvation. We choose to be happy, but we must to be willing to do the things that gives us true happiness or we will never obtain it.
I testify that the truth of God is upon the Earth once again. And that this is the true living Church of our Savior and Redeemer even Jesus Christ. He has the power the free us from that which binds us. I now understand the frase. "Israel will shortly be free". I love Gods children and I know that He wants all of them to return home. So let us go and do the work and become who God wants us to be.
I love all of you.

I am now in a new area called Encarnación with Elder Sevy. We are really close to the terminal of Encarnación and our area is surrounded by the Paraná River. Also there are two other missionaries, Elder Soria and Elder Whaley (my 4th companion here in Paraguay). And we are all living in the same small apartment. We, my companion and I, opened an new area and we found out that It would be necessary to have bikes. Only because our area is really big and my comp is a chubby.
So anyways, it is alot different here. I feel that we will do a lot of good. We are in a branch and it still is not a not a stake here. We now know our goals and we have the drive to do so.
It took a long time to get here. It was a 30 minute drive in taxi to get to the terminal from the pension in Monte Lindo. Then a two hour wait in the terminal. And after that... 6 hours in Bus to get to the terminal in Encarnación and then 15 mins more to get to the apartment here.
Sunday I had a talk, so did Elder Soria. He is from Lima, Peru. My companion is from Idaho and Elder Whaley, Colorado. I am the only Utah boy here for miles.
The blocks here are huge. one block here is like two blocks (neighborhood blocks) in Utah. I really like our area. I know that we are going to have a lot of success. I know that God is guiding his servants here and all the world. God is completing with his promises and this is His Work and Glory to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man. That is why he sent his son. To free us from sin and death. So that we too may have a fulness of Joy like unto that of God. I know that God sent His son to free us or rather so that we might not be bound by the chains of sin nor of death. He truly loves the world. He is giving every single person the liberty to choose the captivity or liberty. That is why the Bible, the Book of Mormon and and other scritures are so important. So we might know the true and the true (to live it) will indeed set us free.
I love the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saint because it is the true church of God and is evidence that He truly loves us. I know these things to be true.
I love all of you. (:

He is giving every single person the liberty to choose the captivity or liberty. That is why the Bible, the Book of Mormon and and other scritures are so important. So we might know the true and the true (to live it) will indeed set us free.
I love the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saint because it is the true church of God and is evidence that He truly loves us. I know these things to be true.
I love all of you. (:
